I love doing different things to season, stuff, and pair my chicken!

Most of the recipes I do and post are me trying a new dish following somebody else. This dish I have made up myself :]] ENJOY



Tomato- you can use a fresh Tomato or buy the canned diced tomatoes (ones with garlic are very tasty!!)
Cheese of your choice
Cream cheese
Finely grated Parmesan
Italian seasoning

Preheat oven @450

Marinade chicken with Italian dressing in a zip lock freezer bag over night. Cut slits into the chicken to make a pocket. Stuff chicken with cheese and about a spoon full of cream cheese. Keep closed with toothpicks. Sprinkle Parmesan over chicken and add tomatoes.


Bake for 20-25 min

For a dryer chicken-bake @350 for 35 minutes.
