Do you know that you can save the life of your broom?
Always hang up your broom. Having your broom resting on it’s bristles will make it start to bend and loose it’s shape. Keep it hanging up and it will save the broom.
Don’t push down when you sweep. Let the bristles do the work, if you push down when you sweep, you will also ruin the head on the broom.
Brush out the bristles every so often to remove any dirt, dust, and debree.
You can wash the bristles and also let them air dry.
Not that brooms are a lot of money, but you can keep them clean and keep the life of the broom triple the amount of time if you just take care of it.

Do your carpets smell musty or have dog odor? How about urine smell? If you have pet urine somewhere first you will need to find it. A black light will show you where the urine is. Once you locate the urine, put some vinegar in a spray bottle and spray it. Soak it with vinegar. It will take away the urine smell, but then you have a vinegar smell.
Wait till the vinegar is dry and put baking soda on your carpets overnight.. sprinkle it everywhere. Then the next day go ahead and vacuum it up, this will remove doggy odors and the vinegar smell. It will also remove smoke, and musty smells. It’s a GREAT trick!

Take a dirty sock and get it damp. Then put it over your han and wipe down the venetian blinds. Its the best thing to get inbetween the sltats.

Did you know that microfiber cloths clean and remove germs and bacteria?! Grab those microfiber cloths and wipe everything! Put away those cleaners! Water and microfibers are sufficient to pick up the germs, bacteria, and dirt.. So just toss them in the wash when your done, and do it again the next day

Cleaners sometimes need time to do their work. Spray them on, and let them sit. Fill your dishwasher, or do something else while the spray cleaner has time to soak in. After a few minutes, then you can wipe it clean. You really don’t want to just spray and wipe unless your low on time.
All you people from New Orleans need to get on the road. This storm is coming in fast and furious from the gulf. Don’t try and ride it out. Gustav is going to bring in a lot of damage, so start going. If you haven’t left already please go.
It amazes me that people don’t heed the warning. Then afterwards they are on the news crying that they can’t find family members or whatever. It’s such a shame. Well if they stick around I pray they don’t get hit. My heart goes out to these people. I can’t even imagine going through this. I’ll stick to my snow storms here.

I can hardly catch my breath. This guy is incredible from every sense of the word. I can’t share my feelings with him, as I don’t want him to think I’m some psycho.. I am falling for this guy! And falling quick..
Doesn’t matter.. I’m going to love him anyway (Listen to Martina McBride’s Anyway song) to know what I’m talking about.. This guy has EVERYTHING I want! And I do want it
Today couldn’t have been more perfect if I had planned it better. Harry, Harry, Harry.. are you sick of hearing all about Harry? LOL! Well too bad!! This guy is the one for me! If he asked me to marry him tomorrow.. I would find a way!
So he came over around 1pm, fixed my vacumn for me. Fixed my mom’s cell.. Met my kids (and mom).. Everyone LOVES him.. (Hey back off, I had him first! lol) We went to a petstore and walked around.. got to see everything.. Harry held a snake.. he’s considering buying a ball python. We then went to the mall to eat dinner.. and we ate, and also went on the carousel with the kids.. was fun.. was really nice.. I wouldn’t have normally done that because I hate things that spin.. but Harry was gonna go with Lily.. I couldn’t send him with all the kids on his first night with us.. lol.. I’d never see him again..
We then went home, and put the kids together and watched "Office Space" was a great movie.. pretty funny with a great story line.
